1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 365aca Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing wagers — you confirm that:

7 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365aca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

Platform downtime or service interruptions beyond 365aca's reasonable control.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

10 Governing Law and Disputes

12 Amendments to These Terms

365aca reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If you do not accept the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any available balance before the amended Terms come into force. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
